Welcome back!

Welcome back to campus everyone.  The new season begins tomorrow, so it's time to get geared up!  This year we expect to have our first ever NCWA dual meet matches, and we have an expanded practice schedule!

All practices will be in SPH 0107 (the matted gym, right by the ERC-side entrance).  They are:
Tuesdays, 4:15pm-6:15pm (starting next week, extensible to 6:50pm)
Wednesdays, 4:15pm-6:15pm (starting tomorrow, Sept. 7th)
Sundays, 2pm-4pm
We will also have the option of some Saturday practices, 3pm-5pm.

We will continue the lifting workouts we started last year.  Although they will have to be on your own time, I STRONGLY recommend them if you'd like to succeed.  They had a tremendous impact on our wrestlers who did them last year.  While the four-day-a-week version is recommended, you can do the 3x or 2x versions if you can't swing it.

I'm happy to stay after practice on a Wednesday to explain technique in the weight room as long as we arrange it in advance.
